Our Work

From cozy family homes to bold commercial spaces, here's what we've been cooking up lately. Each project's got its own story, and honestly, that's the part I love most about this job.

Cedar Ridge Residence

Cedar Ridge Residence

North Vancouver, BC

This one's close to my heart - a 3,200 sq ft family home that basically disappears into the forest. The clients wanted something that'd last generations without costing a fortune to heat, so we went all-in on passive solar and locally-sourced materials.

Residential Sustainable
Granville Tech Hub

Granville Tech Hub

Downtown Vancouver, BC

Five floors of collaborative workspace that doesn't feel like you're stuck in a corporate box. We played with light wells and green walls to keep things fresh - literally. The ground floor cafe's become a neighborhood hangout, which wasn't planned but worked out great.

Commercial
Kitsilano Loft Conversion

Kitsilano Loft Conversion

Kitsilano, Vancouver, BC

Turning an old warehouse into living space is always tricky. We kept the exposed brick and timber but added tons of glazing to fix the darkness problem. The mezzanine bedroom's got views of the mountains that'll blow your mind.

Residential
Harvest Table Restaurant

Harvest Table Restaurant

Gastown, Vancouver, BC

Farm-to-table concept needed a space that matched the philosophy. Reclaimed Douglas fir from a demolished barn, living herb walls in the kitchen, and composting built right into the design. Chef loves it, diners love it - that's a win.

Commercial Sustainable
Heritage Building Restoration

1920s Heritage Restoration

Strathcona, Vancouver, BC

Man, this project tested everything we knew. Bringing a century-old character home up to modern standards while keeping its soul intact isn't easy. Original crown molding, new everything else - but you'd never know where old stops and new begins.

Renovation
Passive House West Van

West Van Passive House

West Vancouver, BC

Our first certified Passive House and we're pretty darn proud of it. Heating bills are basically nothing - the owners keep sending us their utility statements 'cause they can't believe it themselves. Super-insulated doesn't have to mean ugly, turns out.

Residential Sustainable
Burrard Street Boutique

Burrard Street Boutique

Downtown Vancouver, BC

Retail's all about the experience these days. We created this flowing space with modular displays that can shift around seasonally. The owner changes the layout monthly and it always looks intentional - that's the magic of good bones.

Commercial
Dunbar Family Home

Dunbar Family Home

Dunbar, Vancouver, BC

Young family with three kids needed space that'd work now and in fifteen years. Open-plan living that doesn't feel like an echo chamber, bedrooms that actually fit furniture, and a mudroom that's basically a lifesaver. Real-world design for real-world living.

Residential
Commercial Adaptive Reuse

Yaletown Warehouse Conversion

Yaletown, Vancouver, BC

Old shipping warehouse turned mixed-use building. Retail on ground, offices above. Kept the massive timber posts and added steel mezzanines. Saving what's already there is the greenest thing you can do - plus it looks cooler than anything we'd build from scratch.

Renovation Sustainable
Sustainable Coworking Space

GreenSpace Coworking

Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, BC

Coworking space designed around wellness and sustainability. Living plant walls that actually clean the air, standing desk options everywhere, and natural light that follows you around. Members say they feel better working here - that's exactly what we wanted to hear.

Commercial Sustainable
Laneway House Project

Cambie Corridor Laneway

Cambie Village, Vancouver, BC

Laneway houses are Vancouver's answer to the housing crunch, and this one packs a lot into 750 sq ft. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, and it doesn't feel cramped. Smart storage solutions everywhere - you learn to be creative when space is tight.

Residential
Health Clinic Design

Coastal Health Clinic

Richmond, BC

Medical spaces don't have to feel sterile and depressing. We brought in natural materials, better lighting, and actually thought about patient flow. Doctors say their patients are visibly calmer - turns out environment matters a lot in healthcare.
